Instalation MSDE

When I execute the following instruction
OSQL /USA /P
presents the following error message:
[Microsoft]{ODBC SQL Server Driver][SHARED MEMORY]
SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
[Microsoft]{ODBC SQL Server Driver] Connectionopen
(connect())
Operating system WINDOWS 98 2 Edition
When I verify in the configurations / Panel of Control appeared a new icon
(MSDTC don't remind the acronym). When I execute and requested that selects
the service in what doesn't appear noneEither sa has a non-null password or MSDE is not installed as the default
instance. Use osql /l to list the available servers.
